Trusts and Grants Officer

Salary: £35,700 p.a.

Contract: Permanent Full time 35hrs a week (Part time – 28hrs a week would be considered)

Location: Remote working (based in the UK) with an option to work at our office in New Malden, Surrey.  

The Role

To secure grants from existing and new charitable trusts, foundations, institutional funding bodies and corporate foundations as part of our strategy to grow this stream as a sustainable source of income.

Key Responsibilities (full responsibilities listed in the application pack) :

  • Research and identify new sources of funding to grow pipeline of prospective trusts, foundations and institutions
  • Write high-quality, compelling applications and bespoke funding proposals to secure grants
  • Manage relationships with existing funders in a way that secures multi-year grants
  • Schedule and write reports according to funders’ requirements

 Essential Criteria (full criteria listed in the application pack):

  • For this particular role it is essential to be a Committed Christian in agreement with CSW’s vision*.
  • Committed to affirm, pray for and encourage the work of CSW*.
  • Ability to travel regularly to CSW’s London office – remote working is permitted but it will be necessary to attend some team meetings in person.
  • Has permission to reside and work in the United Kingdom.
