15 November: International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church

10 Sep 2020

International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church (IDOP) will be celebrated on Sunday 15 November 2020 in the UK, and 1 November in other parts of the world. We'd love you to take part on the day by inviting your church to devote some or all of the service to focusing on the persecuted.

Our theme this year is The Real Lockdown and you can download resources for your church here.

Please join us for this year’s International Day of Prayer for the persecuted church

On Sunday, November 15, we will be joining together with our friends at Open Doors UKRelease International and Evangelical Alliance for an evening of prayer and worship. This jointly hosted webinar will feature the latest news, testimonies and prayer requests from China, India and Nigeria.

Millions of Christians around the world are being persecuted for their faith today. In India, they are attacked by extremists emboldened by their government’s hardline views; Chinese churches are seeing their buildings torn down and pastors arrested, while in Nigeria the slaughter of Christians by armed militant groups continues unabated.

Date: Sunday 15 November
Time: 7.30pm-8.30pm
Venue: Online

To be part of this event please register your place on Eventbrite.
